A proud Park Slope Brooklynite, Marc Herstein is a dynamic educator, entertainer, and creative force with a unique gift for captivating audiences and fostering meaningful participation. With over 20 years of expertise in live performance, songwriting, beat production, video production, event curation, and audio engineering, Marc designs groundbreaking programs that leave a lasting impact.
Marc’s journey in music began in the late 90s as a hip-hop producer, where he was prominently featured on the world-renowned Lyricist Lounge albums. His music has graced the Billboard charts and earned recognition in Rolling Stone Magazine. Building on his musical success, Marc became a beloved figure in entertainment as the resident MC and premier event host for the global sensation Baby Loves Disco. Touring over 50 cities, Marc brought multigenerational audiences together through his infectious energy and creative flair.
Today, Marc channels his diverse talents into cutting-edge programming that seamlessly integrates with the identity and goals of organizations. His innovative approaches inspire curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, fostering environments where engagement and growth thrive.
Beyond his entertainment and creative achievements, Marc has contributed to NYC’s nonprofit sector for over 14 years, leading marketing, events, and volunteer initiatives for major organizations. A proud product of District 15’s PS 230 and MS 51, as well as a vocal major at the esteemed LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts, Marc is deeply connected to the communities he serves. Known for his boundless energy, unwavering integrity, and commitment to excellence, Marc Herstein is a champion of creativity, learning, and innovation.
